1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using WebCreator's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.

2. Services

WebCreator provides web design and development services. We will deliver the agreed-upon website features within the specified timeline. Services include:

• Custom website design and development
• Mobile-responsive layouts
• SEO optimization
• Website hosting (separate fee)
• Technical support during agreed period

3. Payment Terms

Payment is required as follows:

• Full payment upfront for projects under $200
• 50% deposit and 50% upon completion for projects over $200
• Hosting fees billed monthly at $40/month
• All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing all necessary content, images, and materials
• Timely feedback and approvals
• Domain name registration (if applicable)
• Compliance with all applicable laws

5. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, you will own all rights to the completed website, including design and content. WebCreator retains the right to showcase the work in our portfolio.

6. Revisions

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds. Additional revisions may be charged at $50 per round.

7. Warranties

We guarantee that your website will function as specified. We will fix any bugs or technical issues free of charge during your support period.

8. Limitation of Liability

WebCreator is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the service.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. In case of termination, payment for work completed up to that point is due.
